Maura Tracy
Senior Vice President
Maura has over 15 years of electoral campaign experience, including managing campaigns and organizing programs across the Midwest and Northeast. She started her career in Wisconsin, including work on the Scott Walker recall election. Maura led Congressman Brad Schneider’s victorious field program in 2012, turning IL-10 blue for the first time in 30 years. In 2016, Maura managed a red-to-blue campaign in MN-03. No stranger to competitive primaries and special elections, Maura launched two statewide campaigns in Wisconsin and Connecticut in 2018 before joining AGENCY.
At AGENCY, Maura has developed award-winning mail for NYC Council races. Most recently, Maura led mail strategy for AFSCME in Nevada on behalf of Secretary of State Cisco Aguilar and U.S. Senator Catherine Cortez-Masto.
Maura is based in Madison, WI where she competes in agility with her Pomeranians, Boris and Cosmo.
Maura’s life hack: “I’ve been working remotely since before the pandemic, and making sure I have activities outside the house adds structure and social interaction for me. Book that fitness class or make lunch plans! Give yourself a reason to stop working and turn off your brain for a bit!”
