Senior Account Executives are responsible for leading the creative, production, and design processes, drafting and maintaining budgets, and serving in a lead role on client accounts.
You are the ideal candidate for this position if you have at least 2 cycles of political experience in a mid or senior-level role, a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with teammates based locally and around the country, and a commitment to delivering excellence. This is a role for you if you’re extremely detail-oriented, very well-organized, and self-motivated.
This role is remote, and candidates must be based in the US for the duration of the employment period.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Ability to lead creative, production, and design processes, working across teams and with the client to ensure client service expectations are exceeded.
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple project timelines and ensuring deadlines are the highest priority.
- Ability to maintain a positive team presence while producing excellent client work is required for success in this position.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, including direct conversations, written communication like Gchat and email, and conflict resolution.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and use project management software.
- Ability to complete assigned work between 9 am-6 pm Central Time, Monday through Friday.

Position Details
This is a temporary, full time role through November 2026.
Similar to our campaign clients, our staff are expected to put in long and irregular hours as needed. With that in mind, AGENCY actively strives to create an environment that empowers our staff to lead a balanced and healthy work-life through flex hours, remote work, and programs for mental and physical wellness.
Compensation: $6,300 monthly.. End-of-cycle bonuses are also awarded, based on individual and firm performance. To ensure equity in our hiring process, we do not negotiate on starting salaries.

YOU are someone with deep experience in print production or data direction, and the ability to lead strategic initiatives. You’re looking for a role that blends leadership, logistics, and creative problem-solving in service of progressive clients across the country.
AGENCY has built a reputation for delivering excellent direct mail and targeting services. We’re hiring a Data, Production and Operations Assistant to work with our COO to oversee and optimize print production operations, implement process improvements, complete firm wide operations goals, and serve in a part-time Data Director capacity managing data programs for direct mail clients.
This position will be a main contributor within our operations team. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring flawless execution and delivery of print and mail products, AGENCY operations goals, and providing key backend service to our staff, customers, and vendors.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Serve as a key contributor of our Operations team
- Partner with operations team members to track purchase orders (POs), invoices, and production schedules
- Troubleshoot and resolve production challenges quickly and efficiently
- Develop and execute data programs for direct mail clients, including list strategy, segmentation, and targeting
- Project manage staff and vendor requests, in line with firm systems
- Own and execute the QC process for all outgoing data files, ensuring accuracy prior to production handoff
- Maintain list integrity standards across client programs, including tracking, documentation, and version control of data assets
- Coordinate with client services and production teams to ensure data timelines align with mail drop schedules
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, a strong communicator, and thrives under pressure. You’re a team player who leads by example and can juggle multiple deadlines while keeping quality and accuracy top of mind.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in political data, print production, or related business management field.
- Preferred proficiency in Votebuilder/VAN and Targetsmart, and familiarity with Catalist, Murmuration, L2, and Resonate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Gmail
- Highly detail-oriented with a deep commitment to organization and systems
- Proven ability to learn and and master new software and systems
- Demonstrated work executing direct mail production and/or data projects
- A track record of leading projects, mentoring others, and driving operational improvements
- Comfort working across departments and taking initiative to solve problems
- Familiarity with AI tools and/or willingness to learn and incorporate them into role
