AGENCY has a record of providing excellent direct mail, design, and targeting service to our clients and we’re seeking a Junior Graphic Designer.
Junior Graphic Designers are responsible for working directly with the creative and account services team to ensure strategic direct mail campaigns are designed, edited, approved and sent to print on deadline.
The ideal candidate for this position will be detail-oriented, well-organized, and attentive. This is the job for you if you have a positive outlook, are excellent at interpersonal communication, and are self-motivated.
This role is remote, and candidates must be based in the US.
As a Junior Graphic Designer with AGENCY, you will be Your day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Work with our Creative and Client Service teams to concept and design direct mail campaigns
- Implement existing branding for individual campaigns
- Deliver industry leading design and error-free editing on time sensitive timelines
- Availability to meet client deadlines including night and weekend work as needed
- Quickly switching between a variety of work and clients
- Creating compelling political branding and logo design

This is a position for the 2024 election cycle. Similar to our campaign clients, our staff are expected to put in long and irregular hours as needed. With that in mind, AGENCY actively strives to create an environment that empowers our staff to lead a balanced and healthy work-life through flex hours, remote work, and programs for mental and physical wellness.
The compensation range for this position is $4,550 monthly, based on experience. End-of-cycle bonuses are also awarded, based on individual and firm performance. To help ensure equity is centered in our recruitment and hiring process, we do not negotiate starting salaries.
